By purchasing, accessing, or using boostclient ("software"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. License Agreement: Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal or commercial purposes. You may not share, distribute, sublicense, sell, or transfer the software to any third party without our explicit written consent.
2. Restrictions: You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, debug, decrypt, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or any underlying algorithms of the software, including any encrypted script add-ons or protected content, in whole or in part. Use of the software in a virtual machine is prohibited. You may not knowingly assist in the development or distribution of any unauthorized crack or derivative work using leaked or copied content from the software.
3. Refunds & Disputes: All sales of our software are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason. Any attempt to chargeback, dispute, or reverse a payment will result in the immediate termination of your license.
4. Discounts & Media Programs: We may offer special rates to content creators who agree to upload promotional videos showcasing the software on social media platforms, such as YouTube. These discounts are not guaranteed and must be explicitly discussed and approved by us prior to purchase.
5. Community Conduct: Access to in-client communication features and official community spaces is a privilege. Abusive, disruptive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior may result in loss of communication access or termination of your software licence.
6. Termination: We reserve the right to revoke your license and deny access to the software at our sole discretion, without prior notice, refund, or appeal, if we determine that your actions violate these terms, engage in harmful behavior, pose a security risk, disrupt our service or community spaces, or spread misinformation intended to harm the software’s reputation. If your license is revoked, your ability to repurchase and regain access will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
7. Modification of Terms: These terms may be modified or revised from time to time, and your continued use of the software or participation in official community spaces constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
Data Collection & Privacy
By using the software, you consent to the processing of certain data, including your IP address, hardware ID, and limited security-related information. This data is used solely for authentication and license enforcement. Certain identifiers and security records may be stored as reasonably necessary, while other data is processed temporarily. We do not sell your personal information. If you do not consent to this data collection, please refrain from using our software.
